  • All purchases once made are final. We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD), order cancellation, exchanges, or returns unless specified under our Returns Policy.

  • As personal care products like hair oils, shampoos, creams, and scrubs are hygiene-sensitive, we do not accept returns if the product seal is broken or packaging is opened.

  • Sizes (where applicable, e.g., jar weight, bottle volume) are checked before dispatch. No replacement will be made for wrong size/quantity ordered by the customer.

  • We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and benefits of our products. However, results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, and individual usage.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer COD.

  • Mystical Genesis Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Due to the personal and consumable nature of products (hair oils, face creams, shampoos, scrubs, etc.), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is opened/used.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • All our products are made using Ayurvedic, natural, and ethically sourced ingredients.
