The Mystical Journey
Mystical Genesis was born from the vision of two friends, Ms. Nair and Mr. Chakravarthi — one carrying generations of Ayurvedic heritage from Kerala, the other blending business acumen and a passion for holistic living.
Together, they set out to preserve ancient Ayurvedic recipes while creating pure, sustainable, and effective care for hair, face, body, and feet. What began as a dream has become a brand that unites tradition with innovation.

For a long time, I couldn’t find anything that truly represented Ayurveda.
Indian beauty, in many ways, felt either over-modernised or stuck in the past — and often, not very accessible.
It didn’t feel like what I grew up with.
The simplicity, the care, the intention, all of that felt missing.
I wanted Ayurveda that felt real.
Something honest, thoughtful, easy to trust — yet still relevant, concern-focused, and backed by science.
When I couldn’t find that, I decided to create it myself — slowly, intentionally, and without shortcuts.
That’s how Mystical Genesis began.
This story didn’t begin with me.
It began in Olessa, a quaint village in Kottayam, Kerala.
I grew up in a family where Ayurveda was part of everyday life, and Olessa was known for its Ayurvedic practices in the region.
My great-great-grandparents, great-grandparents, and grandparents were Ayurvedic healers, well known for what they did.
Keshav Pillai Vaidyan, Vaidya Kalanidhi Narayanan Nair, and Nanu Pillai Vaidyan shaped the lives of many, including ours.
We used the recipes, techniques, and herbs they passed down.
I grew up with their stories, and that stayed with me.
That’s why I chose to build something of my own.
To bring Ayurveda and Indian beauty into the modern world in a way that feels relevant, responsible, and real.
By combining traditional knowledge with modern formulation, research, and chemistry.
I wanted to create products that respect where they come from and still work for how we live today.
